Late last fall, the Center put out a call to scholars of consumer law. The task: to identify emerging issues in the area of consumer financial protection, delineate avenues for further research, and recommend policy solutions. Under the leadership of Center Faculty Director Jonathan Glater, the recommendations were distilled into a set of memoranda. Today, those papers were delivered to new CFPB Director Rohit Chopra.
