Congratulations to Prof. Christoph Busch and his collaborators at the Digital Law Special Interest Group (SIG) for being awarded the "2024 SIG of the Year Award“ by the European Law Institute (ELI) at their annual conference! Prof. Busch has been a regular and engaged participant in the Center's Consumer Law Scholars Conference for several years, and this past year the Center worked with the Digital Law SIG to inaugurate a series of virtual "Transatlantic Conversations on Consumer Protection Law" that bring European and American scholars together to discuss pressing issues in the field. The ELI cited the Berk/ELI collaboration as one of the reasons for selecting the Digital Law SIG for the award. We look forward to another year of productive dialogue!
